For the past few years, I have been hosting my websites using a server with InMotion Hosting. More specifically I have a VPS Hosting package with InMotion which allows me to fully control every website I own. They’re available 24/7/365 and every single technician I’ve ever spoken to is extremely knowledgable and helpful. They even have phone support, which is a tough thing to find these days. Their servers are fast and they don’t overload servers as a lot of other hosting companies do. The switch to InMotion Hosting was prompted by terrible customer service from my previous host. Their help desk was located overseas and they had no phone support. It was very frustrating.
The level of customer service I provide for my clients is unparalleled. I hold myself to a very high standard and that’s why I love InMotion Hosting. Of course, I regularly backup all client files outside my server in case something happens, but I trust that InMotion Hosting will get things back online if it’s a problem on their end.
